Scheduling a moving time helps organize arrivals and ensures a smooth check-in or check-out process. You can choose a time that works for you and update it later if needed, as long as slots remain available. The same process applies whether you are moving in or moving out of your community.
Select a Moving Time
Log in to the resident portal and select Residency from the navigation bar.
Click Move In or Move Out to access actions related to your institution's moving processes.
Click Pick Time to view available time slots.
If you have already selected a move-in time, your Moving QR Code will be displayed on this page.
Review the available time slots and click Select to choose your moving time.
Note: Some moving group times may have specific instructions, so be sure to review any additional details.
Click Confirm to finalize your selection.
Once confirmed, your Moving QR Code will be available for use on your move-in day.
Change Your Moving Time
If your plans change, you can update your moving time as long as slots are still available. Be sure to check for any restrictions your institution may have on time changes.
Click Change Date.
Click Select to choose a new moving time.
Click Confirm to finalize your updated selection.
Your new move-in time will be displayed on the Move In or Move Out screen, alongside any instructions provided by your housing department.
