Your school’s resident portal allows you to manage all aspects of your housing experience, from completing the housing application to submitting maintenance requests and more.
Sign-in to the Resident Portal
Your school will provide the specific link for your resident portal. Students may be required to sign in using using the school’s single-sign username and password.
Using the Dashboard Page
The dashboard provides quick access to key resources and updates for your community. Updates are shared in the center to your community on the center of the dashboard. Important deadlines and tasks set by your university can be quickly accessed on the action list, located on the left side of the dashboard. Resources and notifications can be found on the right side of the dashboard.
Using the Application Page
The application page is where you can access any applicable housing applications that are currently open. Any applications you have previously submitted will be available on this page.
Using the Residency Page
The residency page allows you to reference detailed information on your current selected unit.
Room condition reports can be completed during your check-in and check-out periods. Refer to this article to learn how to complete room condition reports.
