To streamline the meal plan assignment process, Housing.Cloud enables administrators to efficiently bulk assign meal plans to applicants who do not yet have one. This feature reduces the need for individual assignments, saving time and ensuring consistency across applicant
Go to the Applications section in the admin portal to access applicant records.

From the applications table, select the records of all applicants you want to assign a meal plan to.

Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) in the top right corner to open additional actions.

In the dropdown menu, select Assign Meal Plans to open the assignment dialog.

Choose the appropriate meal plan from the list of options. Note that only valid meal plans with active end dates and cost codes will be available.

Click Assign to bulk apply the selected meal plan to the chosen applicants.
